Study of Self
12-week immersion (online self-study)
This is for those who want to be deeply connected to Life itself. This is for the ones curious about the yogic and non-dual ways of viewing Life, oneself and the world. We will engage in deep conversation and provide various perspectives on topics ranging from the trivial to the mystical. This immersion does not require anything in addition to you showing up - as you are.
There are 12 sessions, plus plenty of resources provided through the study portal, to inspire further inquiry. However, you decide to what degree you want to jump in. Why? Because the gift of Life is precious and we hope to nurture your willingness to fully receive this gift.
The conversations are guided by Hansa & Jyoti, for whom the deeper questions about this so called reality and our relationship to Life is at the core of their inquiry.
No previous experience required, merely a curiosity, open mind and heart.
Hansa & Jyoti
Hansa and Jyoti are forever students of Life and servants of Self. With their heart in nature and deep silence, their personal sadhana (spiritual practice) embodies yogic values, living a sattvic, conscious, simple life, and continuous inquiry. The couple serves the greater community by being available for others who are curious about this path, in a myriad of ways.
Their practices include Ashtanga yoga, deep studies of yogic philosophy, and living by the principles of Advaita Vedanta (in the lineage of Swami Dayananda Saraswati and as a devotee of Ramana Maharshi, Mooji and others). Jyoti is a devotee of Sadhguru (Jaggi Vasudev) while Hansa is drawn to Kashmir Shaivism. Many of their teachers and inspirations are featured under Sages tab on the VICHARA website. The couple has nurtured a steady practice for decades.
Hansa is the founder of VICHARA inspiration – and a Substack serving the same initiative – an avenue through which she connects to the sangha at large through her writings, podcast, sangha sessions and ongoing offerings.
Jyoti is a beautificator at heart, a man of many traits, and is never afraid to explore new creative territory. He is straightforward by nature and holds a mirror of discernment for anyone who seeks to align with their true nature.
The couple highlights the divine potential in everyone and all, and hold people to the task of living up to becoming their purest version of themselves. Hansa & Jyoti are curious and innovative, deep diving truth seekers who looks intimately at the nature of life and this so called reality. Their exploration and inquiry continues to challenge conditioning and human belief systems. Together they live a rich yet simple mountain life, centered around self-sufficiency and appreciation.
